On arrival at our site the vehicles go through an identification process to check
Chassis No's against logbook details, and the following information is recorded on computer

Make <
Model <
CC <
Collection address <
Date of collection <
Log book present or not <
Owner/agents signature <

These details are then forwarded to the DVLA with the logbook (if present)
