The owners deliver a small number of cars to the site. The majority are collected
by one of our transporters on receiving phoned or faxed collection orders.

Most are collected the same day if within Leicester city area, other areas like Melton
& Loughborough are collected the following day

Logbooks are collected if available and a duplicate of a receipt is given to the owner or agent
If the logbook is presented on collection then the DVLA will be automatically informed
that the vehicle has been scrapped
